OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the constitution were realized through the realization, projection and administration of new services geared to low social user levels whom within the territory having peculiar characteristics typical of the Mediterranean culture.
In this area the co-operative places itself as a type of intervention identifiable as "services to people" with particular attention to the handicapped, mentally ill, elderly and youngsters at risk.
Within these sectors of intervention the privileged operative priorities are reassumed in this way:

Research on quality services contemporary to project management and realization;

Verification of efficacy of the services through a system of feedback coming from users and the providers;

Training and permanent qualification of the operators;

Monitorization of evolving needs congruent between explicit demand and institutional answers and non;

Personal programs for the user and his needs finalized to overcoming purely charitable objectives, in favour of an operatively that fosters functional autonomy and the social well being of the users, geared to fostering social and functional autonomy.
To understand the complexity and the evolution of the problems and explicit needs of the local population the Co-operative retained necessary the realization of a research and study centre as a priority instrument for assessment of knowledge regarding the quantity, quality and transversality of user needs and the consequent explicit answer given by public and social private intervention.
